A homeowner can call Dominion Towing to tow a vehicle parked in your reserved space.

Dominion Towing  is authorized to tows all vehicles parked in the fire lanes.

The towing company places a notice/warning on vehicles with expired registration and state inspection stickers.  Dominion Towing will notify Cardinal Management of vehicles that they have placed a warning on.  Cardinal Management can also tag vehicles with expired registration and state inspection stickers and have these vehicles towed.
